Shanghai Restaurant Week is upon us again. At the time of this post, some of the most popular restaurants (e.g. Sir Elly’s) are already fully booked for all 14 meals during Restaurant Week. Since cancellation is rare for these restaurants, the best you can do right now is to go through your list of foodie friends to see who obsessively camped out by their computer to snatch these much coveted seats, and are kind enough to grant you a spot.
Now, some of the restaurants on the list are not worthy of going during restaurant week because they would not cost you more than 238rmb/dinner or 118rmb/lunch anyway (e.g. Mi Tierra, Mesa, Latitude). So do some research and think twice before you make your reservations.
