Champagne brunch at the comfort of a friend’s stylish home…Sundays really don’t get much better than this, hmm? :)
First bottle: Piper-Heidsieck Rose Sauvage. Vividly pink, like crushed strawberries.
Cheese and cold cuts platter.
Greek salad.
Marinated olives.
Second bottle: Bottega Gold.
Sauteed shrimps.
Seared scallops.
Pasta with asparagus and poached eggs.
With freshly grated Parmesan and a dollop of caviar.
The aftermath…
But it’s not over! To the living room for desserts.
Third bottle: Pol Roger.
Fourth bottle: rose liquor!
